As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned and strategic Accounts Director to strengthen our client partnerships, drive excellence in execution, and lead a team of passionate account professionals.

Role Overview

The Accounts Director will play a pivotal role in leading key client relationships, managing account teams, and delivering top-notch campaign and event experiences. This person will act as a bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery, strategic thinking, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and success of marketing campaigns, activations, and events.
  • Manage and mentor the accounts team, setting goals and fostering growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and digital teams for integrated solutions.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and profitability across accounts.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management or client service in a marketing, advertising, or events agency.
  • Proven experience leading campaigns or experiential marketing initiatives (FMCG or lifestyle sectors a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in project management tools and reporting software.
