Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections and turn “no” into “yes” with persuasive communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and market trends
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
