Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Associate to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales revenue. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, engage with potential customers, and build strong client relationships. This role is essential for growing our customer base and ensuring the success of our products and services in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activities, such as webinars, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize future strategies.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, business leaders, and training coordinators.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity.
  • Provide insights to management regarding customer needs and market opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To measure success in this role, the following KPIs will be tracked:

Marketing KPIs:

Growth in website traffic and engagement metrics
Increase in social media engagement and lead conversions
Performance of email marketing campaigns (open rates, click-through rates)
Number of leads generated from marketing activities

Sales KPIs:

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
Lead-to-customer conversion rate
Number of new client accounts acquired
Customer retention and repeat business rate
Revenue growth from sales activities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of work expeience
  • Experience in marketing and sales, preferably in education, training, or professional services.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and social media management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in business development and client engagement is a plus.
