Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school.
- Manage records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate academic and non-academic activities.
- Support staff supervision and ensure compliance with school policies.
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring school programs and curriculum standards.
- Ensure effective use of school resources and office systems.
Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
- Must be computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software).
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
