Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school.
  • Manage records, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate academic and non-academic activities.
  • Support staff supervision and ensure compliance with school policies.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring school programs and curriculum standards.
  • Ensure effective use of school resources and office systems.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Must be computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software).
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.



Job Requirements
