Job Description
Oversees daily restaurant operations, supervises front-of-house staff.
ensures excellent customer service, and handles customer concerns.
Maintains smooth service flow and coordinates between staff and management.
Job Requirements
Applicant should have at least WASSCE certificate.
Individual should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant.
He or she should be excellent oral and written English is mandatory for resolving guest complaints and training staff.
Key Requirements:
Exceptional "Guest First" attitude; ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Strong organizational skills to manage shift schedules and floor rotations.
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and late-night shifts.
