Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
Applicant should have 3–5 years work experience in a senior F&B role, ideally in a high volume Accra restaurant or hotel.
Must have full professional fluency (written and oral) for corporate reporting, vendor negotiations, and high-level guest relations.
Deep knowledge of food costing, inventory management, reporting.
Proven ability to design menus and manage vendor relationships.
Proficiency in POS systems and MS Excel.
