Job Description

A reputable school is seeking to employ a qualified and passionate individual for the position of Lower Primary Teacher.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for lower primary pupils
  • Implement both Ghana Education Service (GES) and Oxford Curriculum effectively
  • Assess and monitor pupils’ academic and social development
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Prepare teaching and learning materials
  • Communicate regularly with parents and school management
  • Participate in school activities and professional development

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience
  • Proven experience with GES and Oxford Curriculum
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Must be patient, creative, and passionate about teaching young children
  • Good classroom management and communication skills
