Job Description
Prepares and serves beverages, including cocktails,
with a focus on quality and presentation.
Creates drink recipes, manages bar inventory,
and ensures excellent customer service at the bar.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have at least a WASSCE certificate
Individual should years of professional bartending; Mixology certification is a plus.
Applicant must be fluent in English to engage with patrons and describe complex drink profiles or pairings.
Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and current drink trends.
Ability to "free-pour" accurately and maintain an organized station.
Knowledge of spirit profiles and local beer varieties
